Yuliya met God through hardships. I’ve
experienced miracles and before my
life was falling apart. One thing I know is
that “God is never early, but He is always
on time.” My proudest accomplishment
is that our daughter has grown up in a
Christian environment.”
“Today, I concentrate on building my
brand, helping families and being a
source of knowledge. God has put me
through a lot of chiseling. However,
I am blessed and thankful for the life I
have today. Through it all, I’m definitely
a survivor and will survive no matter
where I end up. With God, all things are
possible.” n

thirst for knowledge that I’ve never had

She began to enjoy challenges and
struggles shaping her into the person
she is today. “All the mistakes and
failures I had in my past made me the
person I am today.” Yuliya now has a
goal to open her own international
real estate brokerage without any
debt, in order to leave a legacy for her
daughter and provide for her a place
to start working. Her current goal is
learning the brokerage side.
Her current passion is working the
residential market with first time home
buyers—helping families, especially
single moms who find it unbelievable
to make the unthinkable happen. Yuliya
also finds second homes for global
buyers. Owning multiple homes taught
her a lot about how to help other
people; how to direct and coach them;
and teaching others not to become a
money slave to their property. Yuliya
now works all over Central Florida
touching all the markets she has a grip
on. Her ultimate desire is to open an
International Brokerage, specializing
in both residential and commercial
markets.
