Lynne also served in the capacity of Discipline Investigator for the New York City Advocates Office and served as Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor.Lynne earned the Meritorious Service Award for the City of New York, in the line of duty. Lynne earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from renowned John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. Lynne graduated from numerous advanced training programs within the discipline of criminal investigations. Lynne attributes her humble beginnings from working as a Security Officer in corporate, retail, residency, theatre, armed, unarmed, and as part of an elite 24 hour security rotation of the New York Stock Exchange. Lawrence T. Lynch COO/Vice President Lawrence T. Lynch is a Florida Licensed Private Investigator. Lawrence’s career started with him enlisting into the United States Air Force and serving 22 years as Military Police. Lawrence was stationed in San Antonio, Texas, Rapid City, South Dakota and Las Vegas, Nevada. Lawrence spent half his career at several overseas locations, which included two tours in the Philippines, two tours in South Korea and two tours in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”). Lawrence’s career culminated into several facets of investigations, from interviewing victims and witnesses to interrogating suspects, successfully solving a myriad of crimes involving Military personnel. Lawrence was one of three candidates out of over 600 eligible personnel sent to a month long course in Accident Investigation and Reconstruction where he graduated becoming an asset at every location he was stationed. Lawrence made an impact during his investigation of numerous injury and fatal accidents. Lawrence was then recruited to train military personnel within units wherever he was stationed which proved invaluable as he was tasked with creating a program that essentially raised test and exam scores, thus drastically improving proficiency among the unit. Passing scores were increased from an average of 75 to 80 percent to the mid to high 90’s. Lawrence retired from active duty and commenced working in the Security Industry until he was eventually employed with the Clark County Court as a Marshal in Las Vegas. Lawrence eventually relocated to the Orlando area where he joined LMW Private Investigations & Consulting LLC and currently serves as COO and Vice President.
