Sometimes We’re Stuck
I Do Not Know Why or How
I do not know why or how
these toxins
are running through my body.
I have questioned myself –
Why? and How?
To help myself.
So as I start this new journey,
I will be able to express myself.
To be alive again!
This will serve for my new beginning,
with not always being SORRY
and to find love, peace, justice, faith
and life for me.

Today is a New Day
Today is a new day.
I welcome new challenges.
It’s a step toward living.
I clearly believe
in my community
and promise myself This is what I deserve.

Sometimes we’re stuck
in our childhood,
being scared to transition
into that wonderful butterfly
God is urging
us to become.
Taking a trip
to a special exotic
place can allow us
to release
and prioritize
our lives.
